MIRIAM HERNANDEZ

I am a designer, but you may have already found that out. You came to find who I really am. I can only say that I am 1/4th quirky, 2/3rds creative, and 8/4ths passionate about design. Not at all a math major. I'm a Mexican-American graduate with a Bachelors in Visual Communication Design at The University of Texas - Arlington. I have experience designing for UI/UX, packaging, and branding. When I am not designing, I am with August. My miniature Australian Shepard; he is a glutton for Oscar Mayer ham. I am also sketching, playing the Legend of Zelda, and learning new forms of art mediums.
WHY DESIGN?
I wondered this too. Why am I inclined to design? I like to believe that design is not just making information aesthetically pleasing to take in, but making the information easier for people to grasp. There is a lot of design in the world. I want to make information be readily available to anyone and everyone. Information should be accessible for all.
